William Zinneha opened a roastery here in August 2019. When production outgrew it in mid-2020, he moved roasting to Acıbadem and turned the room into a coffee shop. Microlots such as Colombia El Indio roast in small batches on a 5kg Probat, and the Antakya'dan plate brings fried goat cheese, olive salad, and spicy baked yogurt with house-baked bread.
Coffee is made facing the street through a walk-up window in the white-painted brick front, with stools against the counter beside a separate black-fronted ROASTERY entrance. Inside, a long orange bench sits under the butterfly logo, and a back room hung with framed prints opens through glass sliding doors onto the street, with more seating on the pavement under the awning.
