It roasted one kilo at a time there for two years, on a machine bought from Coffee Department in Balat. In May 2019 roasting moved to a new headquarters in Yeldeğirmeni, with a 6-kilo Giesen.
Green coffee comes through Arabica Trading House and Cafe Imports Europe, for single origins and blends. The bars run a La Marzocco Linea PB for espresso and Technivorm Moccamaster brewers for filter.
