Co-founded by Orkun Üstel, who won the Turkey Brewers Cup in both 2017 and 2020, and coffee equipment distributor Yiğit Koçyiğit. They roast single origins from Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Colombia, supplying cafés across Istanbul including Altkat and Krea.
